Our Ausbildung Sourcing Program connects German employers with highly motivated international candidates seeking vocational training. We manage the entire lifecycle, ensuring candidates possess verified high school credentials, certified German language skills (typically B2 for healthcare, B1 for trades), and proper cultural preparation. This mitigates drop-out rates and builds stable talent pipelines.

We source and place fully qualified skilled professionals in fields experiencing severe shortages in Germany. Our focus includes Registered Nurses (Pflegefachkräfte), CNC Machinists, Welders, Electricians, and Automobile Technicians.
