These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Futurpfad Solutions GmbH, Hochschulstrasse 40, 01069 Dresden, Germany, represented by Managing Director Arjun Aravind, and candidates, applicants, employers, and users of Futurpfad services.

Futurpfad provides international recruitment consultancy services including Ausbildung placement, skilled worker recruitment, visa assistance, recognition support, language course coordination, accommodation support, and arrival assistance.

Candidates must provide accurate information, genuine documents, maintain active communication, and attend scheduled interviews.

Futurpfad provides sourcing, screening, matching, and relocation support. Employers must comply with German labour laws and regulations.

Candidates are not charged placement fees. Employer placement fees are governed by separate service agreements.

Futurpfad provides administrative and advisory support only. All final decisions regarding visa approvals and professional recognition remain solely with German authorities.

Futurpfad does not guarantee successful placement, employment, vocational training (Ausbildung) acceptance, or visa approval.

Candidates may withdraw at any time by contacting us at info@futurpfadsolutionsgmbh.de. Futurpfad may terminate services for candidates who provide false information, fraudulent credentials, or display repeated non-participation.

German law applies to all legal relations. The place of jurisdiction is Dresden, Germany where legally applicable.
